We ship worldwide!

Standard shipping & processing is $8.99.

We offer our brand reps free shipping for any future purchases and a free shipping coupon to give to their followers.

Once orders are placed, they will be fulfilled and then sent out to the customer.

Shipping may take up to 30 days due to our printing process and manufacturer location. Orders are usually delivered a lot faster. If you order has been more than 30 working days, please get in touch with us so we can investigate. Orders outside of the US may take slightly longer.

Care is taken to post and package your parcel safely and securely, however if there are any issues please email us at sales@lavutulounge.com and refer to our returns policy.

Refunds

We will offer a refund/ replacement on goods that:

Are broken 
Are defective 
Do not match the product description (not including minor color differences from flash photography images) 
Do not arrive to the customer (after 50 days)

Customers need to contact us within 14 days after delivery of the products to be eligible for a refund. To complete your refund, we require you to email us at sales@lavutulounge.com where we may ask you for a photo of the product to process your refund/ replacement. We may also ask you to send the product to us, but we will cover the cost of postage in this case. When the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not offer exchanges or returns unless the product is defective (see above).

Shipping: 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend to place insurance/tracking on the return package for proof of return. When we receive an item, we will inspect the item and then send you your store credit.

We are not responsible for any customs-imposed charges. If these fees are not paid and you do not receive the item because of this, we can not be held responsible. We can not refund these orders as payment has already been through processing. If we receive the item back at our headquarters, we will notify you and give you a choice to have the item re-shipped. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Once we ship a package to the address provided by the customer, the package is in the postal service's hands. We will always assist in any complications, however we recommend to contact your local postal service for any issue in delivery to intercept and avoid a package being returned to sender or delivered to the wrong address (for example: incorrect address provided at checkout, package tracking marked as "delivered" but unable to locate your package, etc.). Feel free to contact us in this event and we will help you in any way we can; however, we are not responsible for errors in the post and these must be dealt with by filing a case through them to achieve outcome.

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. A flat rate $6.99 re-shipment fee will be assigned to customers who do not receive their item related to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We are also able to cancel the order with a $6.99 cancellation fee if and only if the package is returned to sender rather than wrongly delivered. Of course, if this error is corrected prior to shipment there is no fee (please double check your address!). 

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order for a refund prior to processing and shipment. This is typically a 24 hour period following purchase. We do not offer refunds after shipment (except when defective item). Please see above policy on returns.

We are unable to cancel or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
